TRAINING PROGRAM
INDUK JUNIORS & ADULTS

Programs include the learning of traditional Taekwondo hand & kicking moves, drills, sparring as well as self defense techniques to help our students develop better physical co-ordination, flexibility and mental agility. In addition to being taught how to defend themselves, students develop more self-restraint and discipline.

The training program consists of total body cardio and strength training – balancing mental fitness with physical fitness for an overall complete workout.
