The INDUK Kidz program at INDUK Taekwondo helps children develop strength, speed, flexibility and stamina through structured Taekwondo training. Beyond the physical benefits, Taekwondo nurtures character and emotional growth—teaching patience, humility, discipline and resilience. Many children who train with us gain confidence, improved self-discipline and a stronger attention span.
Our program supports your child’s overall development with an emphasis on respect, positive behaviour and moral values. Students learn to respect their instructors and peers while training in a supportive, encouraging environment.
The INDUK Kidz curriculum includes hand and kicking techniques, Taeguk (forms), sparring basics and self-defense. Training encourages goal-setting as students work towards earning their belts through effort, discipline and a positive attitude. Children progress at their own pace, while being motivated by a strong and inspiring peer community.

Many assume that achieving the Poom Belt (Junior Black Belt) marks the end of a child’s Taekwondo journey. In reality, it is only the beginning. After mastering the fundamentals and earning their Poom Belt, students enter a new and exciting phase of growth in INDUK Taekwondo.
To support this advanced stage of learning, INDUK Taekwondo has introduced the INDUK Poom Club —a dedicated program exclusively for Poom Belt holders. These specialised classes provide a focused training environment, free from the distractions of colour-belt groups, allowing students to learn advanced techniques with clarity and precision.
Training in the INDUK Poom Club includes higher-level kicks, refined hand techniques, increased power application, technical accuracy and the finer details needed for 2nd Poom and higher-level progression. Lessons remain engaging and fun, while maintaining a strong foundation in traditional Taekwondo values and skills.
Students in the Poom Club also receive opportunities to assist coaches in leading classes or guiding younger members. These responsibilities help develop leadership, patience, empathy and a deeper understanding of the art—key qualities we aim to nurture at INDUK Taekwondo.
